Originally from Woodburn, Indiana, Melissa has worked at Shambaugh & Hertig Dental Group for over 5 years and has over 11 years of experience as a Registered Dental Hygienist with a license in local anesthesia. As part of her work as an RDH, Melissa loves the one-on-one connections she makes with her patients and enjoys educating on dental care.

To give back to her community, Melissa volunteers at the kids ministry through her church – Central Ministries.

Outside of work and volunteering, Melissa enjoys exercising, running, painting, and golf cart rides with her family.
