Dr. Jeffrey Shambaugh, a Fort Wayne native, graduated from Carroll High School in 1993, continued his education at Purdue University, and received his dental degree at Southern Illinois University School of Dental Medicine. In recent years, he has completed restorative training through the Dawson Center for Advanced Dental Studies in St. Petersburg, Florida, full-arch reconstruction, and implant dentistry.

Dr. Shambaugh is a member of the American Dental Association, Indiana Dental Society, Isaac Knapp District Dental Society, Xi Psi Phi Dental Fraternity, Academy of Operative Dentistry , and American Academy of Oral and Maxillofacial Radiology.

Away from dentistry, Dr. Shambaugh enjoys golfing, watching Indiana University basketball, Colts football, and spending time with his wife, Jenny, and their three kids, Sydney, A. J. and Samantha.
